Is this right for my industry?
If you're doing $1M–$4M per year and your business depends on you daily, yes. HVAC, cleaning, chiropractic, med spa, recruitment, logistics, accounting, agencies. If you have 5+ employees and a signed lease, we can almost certainly help.
What if I'm not planning to sell?

How much is it?
The group program starts at $4,500. The 1-1 premium is $12,000–$15,000. On a $400K EBITDA business, fixing owner dependency adds $600K–$1.2M in exit value. The audit is free that's where we start.
I've tried to delegate before and it didn't work.
The problem is almost never the person you hired it's the absence of a documented system for them to run. Phase 1 fixes that before Phase 2 touches any people decisions.
